Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned accounts, communicate with customers daily, and resolve escalations
  • Develop relationships within the Crane Worldwide network to identify truckload capacity solutions
  • Act as an intermediary between customers and peers to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Collaborate with peers to generate pricing and quoting responses
  • Provide tracking information to customers as needed
  • Handle customer requests and follow-up to ensure needs are met
  • Transmit pre-alerts to customers for shipments
  • Send required reports to customers daily, monthly, or quarterly
  • Manage customer-generated reports for accuracy

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of the truckload industry, US Geography, and operational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and works well in a team environment


Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED/Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 3 to 5 years' transportation experience
Experience using industry capacity/pricing boards and Transportation Management Systems
Certifications may be required
