Account Manager at Direct Mail Services

Are you ready to take on the role of Account Manager at our Direct Mail Services Company located in Manassas, Virginia? Join our Client Services team and become responsible for nurturing and expanding our relationships with new and existing customers.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand printing, direct mail, and postal service guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the estimating department to schedule jobs for customers.
  • Manage projects from start to finish by liaising with customers and coordinating internally.
  • Oversee production schedules and job inventory.
  • Report daily to the plant manager on any production schedule deviations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions for enhancement.
  • Resolve issues through appropriate channels and handle client billing.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the Direct Mail/Printing industry.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Proficient in English reading, writing, and computer skills.

Work Environment:

Position Type and Expected Hours:

Successful completion of a background check and drug test.


Compensation:

Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
