As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Autism Specialist to join us in our mission.


Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and extensive experience working with children diagnosed with autism. As a BCBA and AS you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families.


Key Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, needs, and goals for clients. Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and evidence based practices in ABA. Implementing behavior intervention strategies and techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development. Providing ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians. Collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordinated care. Monitoring progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to achieve quality service. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment activities.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in a related field (Accepted degrees include but are not limited to): Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Education, and Counseling. Minimum 2 years working experience with children diagnosed with ASD. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence based practice in ABA. Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continued education.
