YOU WILL:
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, utilizing tools like process times, value stream maps, flowcharts, 5S, and more
  • Ensure process improvement through layout, flow, logistics, equipment design, documentation, and procedures, focusing on cost-effective quality control and material usage
  • Evaluate new product designs for manufacturing risks and lead the Assembly Release phase to ensure manufacturing readiness
  • Analyze data using statistical methods, interpret results, and collaborate with various teams to address assembly issues
  • Maintain schedules, oversee necessary changes for successful product production, and provide technical support to address productivity, quality, cost, and safety issues
  • Establish training programs and provide ongoing technical support to the production floor
  • Have a high level of computer literacy, ability to read blueprints, knowledge of drafting principles, and CFM (continuous flow manufacturing)
YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of engineering work experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and team skills
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, time management, and recordkeeping skills
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of technical guidance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and MS SharePoint
  • Understanding of golf equipment is a plus
