Staff Experts, LLC is a distinguished staffing and recruiting firm with a focus on various sectors including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Healthcare. We are currently looking to fill permanent positions for Injection Molding Process Specialists.


This role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and will involve reporting to the Lead Process Technician. Key responsibilities include:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and uphold standard cycle times and ensure part quality.
  • Interpret and communicate information from job packets, including specification sheets, standard routing, and quality requirements.
  • Identify all resins utilized in the molding process, including regrind and their respective usage percentages.
  • Operate the operator interface 'CRT' screen on computer-controlled presses, ensuring familiarity with all necessary screens for process control.
  • Establish new processes, perform mold setups, program robots, and initiate machines based on Mold Books/QR Code settings.
  • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of hot runner systems, valve gates, and standard sprue molds.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Injection Molding machines and robotic systems.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience with Wittman and Servpro Robots.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a collaborative team player with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Resourceful with effective critical problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a process technician in injection molding or a similar field.
  • Adhere to departmental documentation protocols.
  • Experience with 5S and Lock Out Tag Out procedures is preferred.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 2nd Shift 4PM-12AM & 3rd Shift 12AM-8PM
