Job Summary

This position is seeking a Consumer Sales Coach to oversee the Consumer Sales department in the USA market. The role involves managing a team of sales agents to drive direct sales through inbound and outbound channels for Crystal cruises. The main goal is to deliver exceptional service and boost conversions for passengers.

Essential Job Duties

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, analyze sales team performance, and set goals.
  • Drive the team to reach sales targets and improve processes and technology.
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative booking tasks.
  • Build and lead a sales force, collaborate with the Director of Consumer Sales, and focus on revenue growth.
  • Monitor daily sales targets, metrics, and goals, and report progress to management regularly.
  • Work on consumer sales strategy, budgeting, and goal-setting in coordination with the department head.
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction for direct sales bookings.
  • Train the consumer sales team, provide necessary resources, and uphold a high level of service.
  • Implement lead generation strategies and collaborate with the CRM team for optimal results.
  • Identify areas for improvement and strive to exceed performance goals.
  • Develop a global sales training program and enhance training with product knowledge.
  • Support the department in various tasks to achieve objectives.

The role is based in a typical office setting with some noise and potential international travel requirements.

Physical Demands

The job may involve sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Expected Hours of Work

Requirements

Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary.

Experience:

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in travel industry sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of international destinations, especially Crystal destinations.
  • Proven track record of sales success in luxury travel.
