Job Description:

HQ Aero is currently hiring A&P MECHANICS in MARANA, AZ.


Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on aircraft.
  • Have airframe and powerplant certification.
  • Document all work performed as per regulations.
  • Service, repair, and overhaul aircraft components.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have a current A&P License.
  • Minimum 5 years of Aircraft Maintenance experience.
  • Wide body Boeing aircraft experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Criminal Background Check & FAA Drug and Alcohol screening mandatory.

Job Type:

Full-time, Contract Technicians may work at the Tucson facility.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.

Physical Demands:

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Frequent walking, standing, and climbing required.


Work Environment:

Aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
