Job Summary

HQ Aero Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team in Marana, AZ.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on aircraft to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Hold a valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification and maintain a strong understanding of aircraft systems and components.
  • Document all work performed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Service, repair, and overhaul aircraft components, parts, and accessories to meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work rules to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements
  • Current A&P License is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance is required.
  • Wide-body Boeing aircraft experience, particularly with the 747, 767, and 777 models, is highly desirable.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A standard aviation tool kit is necessary for the position.
  • A criminal background check and compliance with FAA drug and alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

  • Be a self-starter, able to work with minimal guidance, and demonstrate a high level of motivation, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
