The Role:
- The Regional Director MSL-East (Solid Tumor), part of the US Field Medical Affairs leadership team, plays a crucial role in executing the Solid Tumor Medical Affairs strategy to support Genmab's business objectives.
The Regional Director collaborates closely with other key stakeholders, including the Global and US Medical Affairs leadership teams, to ensure the successful implementation of field medical plans and key initiatives for near-term product launches within the solid tumor portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational excellence and alignment with corporate objectives for the regional MSL team.
- Provide guidance on collecting medical insights and communicating actionable items to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with medical and clinical operations teams to support study enrollment and site engagement.
- Facilitate professional development and manage performance of direct reports.
- Participate in strategic planning and metrics development as part of the Field Medical Leadership team.
Requirements:
- Advanced/scientific medical degree strongly preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD).
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Medical Affairs.
- Experience in Oncology/Hematology therapeutic area required.
- Strong compliance knowledge and adherence to regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
