SummaryThe Account Manager manages new and established account activities of the organization by performing the following duties.
ResponsibilitiesAccount management including email/ verbal communication with customers as their main point of contact. Fostering the relationships and ensuring all their needs are met.
Liaison between our customers and internal teams.

Communication with customers/internal personnel via email, phone and face-to-faceProject management working internally and externally to organize the progression of projects from start to launch.

Salesforce data entryReceiving inbound leads in the pursuit of new business.
