Position Summary: The Clinical Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role at Johns Hopkins Hospital, acting as the primary point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and healthcare team members. Responsibilities include providing top-notch customer support services to medical, nursing, and administrative staff to meet various needs.

Work Schedule: Evening Shift, 40 hours per week with rotation on weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college credit is a plus
  • At least six months of experience in a healthcare or office environment
  • Demonstrated customer service skills in a fast-paced setting
