Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare equipment for painting by washing, sanding, cleaning, and scraping.
  • Maintain a clean work area free from debris and dirt.
  • Perform unskilled tasks throughout the plant.
  • Possibility of training to work in skilled departments.
  • Report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Complete any other assigned duties.
Required Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and follow instructions.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to ensure timely preparation of units for painting.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and squat for prolonged periods.
