Job Description for Recruiter:
The Recruiter plays a crucial role in ensuring successful recruitment across the organization. Recruiter Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with facility leaders to devise staffing strategies tailored to the work atmosphere and culture, aiding candidates in grasping the opportunities available.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Praesum's leaders, vendors, and community partners to drive successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Contribute to the creation of efficient and cost-effective sourcing strategies, exploring new resources for candidate recruitment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment practices, leveraging online tools and internal systems for candidate identification.
  • Forge connections with educational institutions and professional organizations to attract diverse talent.
  • Utilize networking avenues to build a talent pipeline and manage recruiting expenses effectively.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of candidates, hiring processes, and interactions for audit purposes.
  • Communicate effectively, maintain internal talent pipelines, and collaborate with outsourced recruiters when necessary.
  • Be open to travel as per business requirements.

Recruiter Requirements:

  • Preferably an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Background in healthcare is advantageous
