About the Role

HomeWell Care Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Caregiver Recruiter and Scheduler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a pool of eligible caregivers to meet the agency's growing client census and service hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Continuously recruit caregivers to maintain a pool of eligible and available caregivers through various means, including online job ads, resume databases, social media, and job fairs.
  • Application Processing: Process applications and conduct pre-screen and in-person interviews with potential candidates.
  • Scheduling: Schedule client shifts with eligible caregivers whose knowledge, skill, and availability match the service needs of the client.
  • Communication: Communicate new assignments and/or scheduling changes to caregivers and clients.
  • Shift Management: Maintain accurate schedules for clients, review completed shift logs, and monitor missed/late shift clock-ins.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette, and ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in computer programs and various technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to exercise initiative, problem-solve, and apply sound judgment.
  • Work Environment: Able to work under pressure and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Certifications: Must have an eligible Level 2 background screening.
