  • Prepare menu items following recipes and guidelines
  • Meet with Sous Chef/Station Cook I to discuss assignments and business levels
  • Start prep work for the day's menu and assist Line Cooks throughout the shift
  • Set up work station with necessary tools and supplies
  • Ensure proper food storage and follow safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience as a Line Cook in a hotel or restaurant
  • Ability to work on all line stations
  • Food handling certification is a must
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Team player dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences
