Director of Early Childhood Education

One who undertakes staffing responsibilities and maintains event scheduling. Directors create reports, represent the company as needed, and fulfill duties assigned. They contribute to performance and operations management, using their expertise in MS Office and relational databases. With excellent communication and public speaking skills, they provide effective leadership and solve problems as they arise. Overall, an director plays a crucial role as the Center leader. The Director also will be facilitating the smooth functioning of the Center.

Responsibilities

Skills

  • Proven experience as an Director or similar position
  • Experience in performance and operations management
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards

  • Outstanding communication and public speaking skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Aptitude in problemsolving
  • Associate's Degree or BA in Early Childhood

Pay:
Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
