- Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and activities.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate children's development, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and making data-driven decisions to inform instruction.
- Education: Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
- Experience: Previous experience as a preschool teacher or childcare provider, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational programs.
- Skills: Strong understanding of child development principles, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
