At Exit 4, we pride ourselves on creating a casual, enjoyable, and communal atmosphere with quirky decor and a menu that showcases the best of local ingredients.

As for the ideal candidate, we are looking for someone who has experience handling a diverse menu, is eager to learn all aspects of the restaurant, can follow instructions effectively, and has a genuine passion for both food and people.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and prepare ingredients for menu items
  • Set up station for meal services
  • Keep accurate inventory of station supplies
  • Ensure proper storage and temperature control of food items
  • Follow established procedures for restocking and rotation of stock
  • Assist other stations as needed
  • Clean and restock station at the end of the shift

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook in a full-service restaurant, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, uphold high standards of food quality and safety, and be proficient in food handling and sanitation practices.
