As Lead Line Cook, you'll play a key role in upholding quality control, sanitation practices, and adherence to recipes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

In addition to overseeing daily kitchen operations, the Lead Line Cook adeptly guides the culinary team, prioritizing efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of food orders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum 3 years of cooking experience, preferably in a "from scratch" kitchen (dishes prepared from basic ingredients)
  • Current ServSafe Certification or Oregon Food Handlers Card
-3 years of line cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant

  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
  • Available to work weekends and holidays during the winter operations season
  • Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience leading a kitchen crew
  • Banquet execution experience
  • Experience in menu development
