Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer various counseling services such as psychodynamic interventions, grief counseling, and stress reduction to help patients deal with illnesses.

  • Coordinate patient placements and identify suitable care facilities when needed.

Requirements:
  • 0 - 4 years of social work experience and a Master's in Social Work.
  • Possession of a California Driver's License and Basic Life Support certification.
  • Strong communication and computer skills are essential.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • LCSW certification and experience in medical or home health settings.
