Summary:

PhyNet Dermatology is looking for a Provider Recruiting Specialist to support our provider recruiting team to help place qualified candidates in a timely manner.

Provider Recruiting Specialist responsibilities include passive clinical research and outreach via job boards, ATS databases and competitor websites to identify potential candidates. This is accomplished by cold email, text and calls along with organizing an effective employee referral system. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company's current and future clinical staffing needs.

This position requires three days in the office in Franklin and two days remote.

Job Description:
  • Proactively source physician and midlevel candidates through on-line job boards, competitor websites, cold calling/texting, direct mail, state/national medical organizations and ATS database mining
  • Review CV to pre-screen and identify candidates
  • Collaborate with Provider Recruiting leadership to identify each position's requirements
  • Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
  • Engage active and past candidates to understand their motivations for new job opportunities
  • Develop a pipeline of Physician, Nurse Practitioner and Physician assistant candidates
  • Facilitate and grow our residency/fellowship outreach program
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
Qualifications:
  • Prior sales prospecting or provider recruiting experience is required with evidence of proven success getting through "gatekeepers".
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
  • Ability to be persuasive, persistent and patient
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with ability to follow up
  • Good time-management and organization skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Proven experience building and cultivating relationships with prospective candidates
  • Develop prospects into candidates
  • Continues to develop creative strategies for sourcing options
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Work requires sitting for long periods. Frequent standing and walking for prolonged periods, as well as some bending and stooping. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Requires moderate typing skills and sufficient manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier and such other office equipment as necessary. Normal or corrected vision to acceptable levels for common office work. Hearing must be in the acceptable range for telephone contacts. It is necessary to view and type on computer screens for variable periods of time.
