Summary and Role Purpose

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various marketing projects from conception to completion. The primary area of focus of this role will be execution of our major marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns, initiatives, and strategies within established timelines and budgets. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Campaign Project Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and dependencies for our marketing campaigns and be able to report back on results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution for our marketing campaigns.
  • Execute end-to-end campaign operations, ensuring all components are flawlessly implemented following our established interlock cadence.
  • Guide global and local teams to design, build, activate and measure our marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, content, and analytics teams to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
  • Foster effective communication channels to ensure smooth collaboration across departments.

Resource Allocation:

  • Manage resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Allocate tasks, track progress, and proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or resource constraints.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with marketing projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and objectives.

Process Optimization:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure process efficiency improvements MoM, QoQ, YoY.
  • Standardize and document operations processes like data expiry dates and "how-to" guides to enhance team efficiency and ensure best practices across the entire marketing organization to streamline workflows.
  • Day-to-day maintenance and optimization of our integrated marketing calendar.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and technologies.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ Proven years' experience in campaign management, project management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Agency experience a plus.
