Position: Water Production Manager

This exempt role is based in South Tacoma with working hours Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm. The role involves managing the water mitigation team, ensuring compliance with company policies and laws, and striving for continuous improvement.

Duties Include:

  • Morning schedule review and crew coordination
  • Monitoring and balancing technician workload
  • Interface with Project Managers and Estimators
  • Supervising on-site activities
  • Supervising a team of Water Restoration Foremen and Technicians

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and training of new team members
  • Monitoring performance metrics
  • Implementing process enhancements
  • Mentoring and coaching staff
  • Collaborating on long-term plans with the operations manager
