If you are a detail-oriented professional passionate about organization and efficiency, we are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our Office of Facilities Management team. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks, ensure deadlines are met, collect data, and prepare detailed reports to support our day-to-day operations providing facility services to ODHS and OHA throughout Oregon.

Bilingual skills are a plus

Qualifications:

Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience, an associate degree in office occupations plus a year of related experience, or a combination of education and experience.

Duties Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices, tracking energy usage, and maintaining payment records.
  • Reviewing and approving vendor payments and contracts.
  • Managing financial reports and utility expenses.
  • Coordinating meetings and vehicle maintenance tasks.

Working Conditions:
