You will be responsible for overseeing corrective actions with suppliers, monitoring their investigations, and ensuring the effectiveness of these actions.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and uphold policies, procedures, and methods to support the company's quality policy, ISO 13485, and FDA requirements. - Coordinate the NCM/CAPA processes for supplier nonconformances and maintain the Supplier Selection and Approval process. - Monitor overall supplier performance, including selection, approval, and continuous improvement. - Conduct supplier audits and technical meetings to evaluate supplier process capability and quality systems. - Report quality issues to management and support corrective actions and process control assessments. - Define and implement supplier quality control processes and oversee the Supplier Quality Management process. **Basic Qualifications:** - BS in Engineering or equivalent experience - 5+ years in a technical position **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in quality management systems, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement. - Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, management, and production personnel. **Working Conditions:** - Prolonged periods of desk work and computer use. - Must be able to lift up to 10lbs. **Special Requirements:** - Willingness to travel (US and internationally) - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
