We are searching for a highly motivated Inventory Associate to join our growing team in a multi-facility environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of storekeeping, distribution, and inventory control tasks.

What you'll do:

  • Receive, issue, and maintain accurate records for parts, tooling, and other materials.
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory control procedures.
  • Operate scanners and utilize internal computer applications for data entry, reporting, and basic inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Move parts and materials efficiently between work centers and buildings using company vehicles and potentially operating forklifts or other equipment (training provided).
  • Clearly communicate information, both verbally and in writing.
  • Identify and escalate problems or exceptions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adapt to a changing work environment and demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude.

What you'll bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or fast-paced environment a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts and maintaining records.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
  • A valid driver's license (ability to operate a forklift or other equipment a plus, but training will be provided).
