The
General Manager
delegates appropriately and effectively to both develop and empower the next generation of restaurant leaders, ensuring a healthy pipeline of promotable Managers and Assistant General Managers.
High School diploma or equivalent education (GED), required
Must have 3-5 years General Manager experience
Must be certified in all hourly positions and pass manager training within allotted time and have completed any additional training with regards to the Restaurant Manager position
Understanding of basic computer and internet navigation skills, required
Must demonstrate understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures and can coach and teach their team
Must pass a background and credit check
Flexibility to work different job functions, shifts, overtime
Must be able to work at any restaurant within region from a food/ alcohol licensing and transportation perspective.
