Cyber Security Engineer I position:
Supporting to monitor and ensure compliance with information security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assisting with identifying, reporting, and auditing security risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Cyber security briefing and documentation
  • Application and evaluation of DISA STIGs for supported IT
  • Administration of Host Based Security Systems (HBSS)

Material & Equipment Used:
Standard office equipment and materials.

Working Environment:
  • Standard office environment
  • Possibility of support during non-traditional working hours, including nights or weekends

Physical Activities:
Capability to lift/push/pull 40 lbs. unassisted.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen holding an Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • CompTIA Security+ CE Certification
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator OR Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) Certification

  • 1+ yrs. experience in cybersecurity services
  • 3 yrs. experience in operating and administering HBSS
  • 3 yrs. experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • 3 yrs. experience in Continuous Monitoring Risk Score (CMRS)
