NSI Industries is currently looking for a talented Product Manager to lead the strategic development and management of the Network Infrastructure business unit. As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the product lines by providing market focus and effective launch strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic product planning and marketing recommendations through product development roadmaps and competitive analysis
  • Identify key market segments for revenue opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive product development
  • Support sales and operations planning with accurate forecasting
  • Drive new product development activities and assist in packaging and technical document development
  • Participate in seminars, professional meetings, and trade shows
  • Contribute positive energy and act as a change agent within the organization

Basic Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or General Business
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive product management, sales, or engineering experience
  • Product and application knowledge in Low Voltage Data Center or Broadband preferred
  • Knowledge of financial statements and P&L ownership required
  • Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

  • Field sales experience with low voltage distribution, contractors, and specifying engineers
  • Competitor, product, and application knowledge of fiber optic and copper communications systems
