Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing production timelines, methodologies, specifications, and related documentation.
  • Crafting and formalizing production methodologies and best practices that enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and optimize profitability.
  • Identifying and executing process enhancements and technology upgrade proposals.
  • Establishing control mechanisms to reduce costs and address production challenges.
  • Collaborating with management and user personnel to develop design and production standards.
  • Compiling material and equipment inventories, purchase orders, cost evaluations, and projected production expenses.
  • Providing training for staff on new processes and preparing instructional materials.
  • Overseeing process documentation and generating production analytics.
  • Creating performance metrics, including KPIs and production benchmarks.
  • Conducting root-cause analyses to uncover process deficiencies.
  • Identifying and applying corrective actions to mitigate future process failures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline is highly preferred.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
  • Basic understanding of production methodologies and quality assurance standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with LEAN and 5S principles.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Technical aptitude with a quick learning curve for new software.

Candidates must possess effective communication skills and a professional demeanor, with the ability to collaborate and engage with various levels of management and stakeholders.
