By integrating all aspects of construction in-house, we ensure a seamless and innovative approach to housing design, build, and management.

Responsibilities
  • Keep communal areas clean and organized.
  • Welcome residents and guests, ensuring their comfort.
  • Distribute towels and maintain stock levels in coordination with maintenance.
  • Collect used towels and dispose of any trash left behind.
  • Enforce poolside rules and regulations, such as no smoking or glass containers.
  • Monitor resident and guest activities.
  • Report any incidents or damages promptly to management.
  • Regularly patrol the pool deck to verify wristbands and address resident inquiries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Background in a luxury environment is a plus.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.

Benefits

  • Pay: $20 per hour.
  • Hours: Thursday to Sunday, 3pm - 11pm.
