Job Description
Are you looking to start your career in manufacturing? A Fortune 500 company headquartered in Portland is looking to add a Metal Production Worker to their team

A top employer in the Portland metro area has been producing metal parts for the oil and gas industry for 60 years.

Starting as a small manufacturing firm, it has grown into one of the world's leading manufacturers.


This is a full-time temp-to-hire position that offers paid training, competitive starting pay at* *$22/hour, opportunities for growth, as well as quarterly pay increases and bonuses.


Metal Production Worker Job Duties:

  • Removing the excess debris from the engine parts after they have been heat treated using a variety of power tools
  • Racking products to be ran through a cleaning machine
  • Use sandblast equipment to smooth out parts
  • Inspect and repair parts as needed

Schedule:
Swing shift: Monday-Friday,* *2:30pm - 10:30pm

Metal Production Worker Requirements:

  • Have recent manufacturing or tool experience
  • Ability to wear

PPE:
steel toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Pay:
$22.00 per hour
