  • Pay Rate: $20+/hourly
  • Mon-Fri (40 hours) Weekly
  • 2nd shift (3pm-12am)

This job requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.

Education Desired:

  • High School Diploma/GED

Experience Desired:

  • Skill in operating CNC Machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
  • Experience in Construction, Industrial and Manufacturing fields
  • Experience operating Forklift, Overhead Crane Experience in fabricating Marble, Granite and Quartz Water Jet / Saw Ability to read and interpret Mechanical documents and drawings

Knowledge Required:

  • Basic knowledge in math (adding, subtracting, measurements, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge in maintenance CAD/CAM Programming Blueprint Reading Proven experience as a CNC Operator
  • As a CNC Machine Operator, you would be responsible for preparing and performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned CNC machines.
  • Using ALPHA CAD/CAM software with 5-Axis capability, you will be operating the water jet profiling Marble and Stone.
  • Daily task include; nesting parts, radius cuts, inside corner cuts and many more.
  • Making sure to communicate with managers and production team to meet customers needs.

Job Expectations:

  • Operate and program stone cutting CNC Machine Input blueprints into the CNC Control that the measures of the cuts coincide with the blueprints.
  • Fabricate edges, sides, corner radius, angles and sink cutouts using tools required in the process
  • Verifies all pieces were checked, fabricated and returned to the same cart number and checked in the tracking sheet as complete
  • Meet daily productivity goals
  • Verify quality of finished workpieces by inspecting, comparing to templates and measuring their dimensions
  • Record product and processing data on specified forms when needed
  • Assist in minor repair and maintenance on assigned equipment
  • Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, earplugs, waterproof, face mask, etc.
  • Assuring all work area is cleaned and organized

Knowledge Required:
