Position Responsibilities:

  • Handle and reconcile accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconcile daily sales, cash, and credit card deposits
  • Resolve billing and payment discrepancies for clients
  • Initiate collection calls and send payment reminders
  • Update AR aging status on a weekly basis
  • Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations, including bank accounts
  • Manage credit applications and establish new AR accounts
  • Maintain and update client insurance certificates
  • Process vendor invoices and make payments via check and ACH

Position Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in accounts receivable and general accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with GAAP principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to cultivate strong client relationships
