About the Role:


LS Power is seeking a Project Coordinator to be in our Chesterfield, MO office to support our project team in implementing multi-year, multi-billion-dollar high-profile projects.

In this role, you will report directly to the Project Executive and provide support to the entire project team to help ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.


Responsibilities:
What you will do ...

Complete tasks assigned by the Project Executive and technical leads in an efficient, timely, and diligent manner

Prepare project correspondence including letters, emails, and meeting minutes

Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored

Process, properly code, track, and submit invoices to accounting for payment

Coordinate legal support, review, and prepare contracts and documentation

Assist with project schedules and reports

Support real estate transactions


Perform administrative tasks such as answering the project-specific phone number, monitoring project voicemail and email and directing inquires to the appropriate project team member, scheduling and arranging meetings, maintaining the project contact database, etc.

Assist in public outreach activities, including public meetings

Have a Bachelor's Degree with five (5) or more years of experience in a similar position

Have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Have a notary license or have the ability to obtain one
