Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for treatment plans
  • Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options to patients
  • Obtain necessary insurance authorizations and verify coverage
  • Collect and process patient payments
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phones, greeting patients, and managing patient flow
  • Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
  • Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist or Treatment Coordinator is preferred
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance verification/billing
  • Proficiency in using dental office software such as Open Dental
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
