About the team
We are looking for an experienced account manager to join our US TikTok Shopping customer User Growth team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for TikTok Shop US consumer growth and implementing relevant bestselling products strategies, both for the first time consumers and repeated consumers.
- Responsible for leading and managing a team of account managers to iterate seller incubation and acquisition strategies for TikTok Shop.
- Familiar with ecommerce bestselling product strategy, including category characteristics and consumer hobbies in TikTok platform insights.
- Work closely with XFN teams, organize and coordinate the projects with them, produce analysis, reviews and insights together with a data analysis team.
- Iterate insights and strategies about product supply for the Growth team to drive a growing consumer base and GMV.
- Ownership for channel management and seller communication, instant messaging, and other approaches to conduct mass account management activities, including forecasting, troubleshooting, seller education, incubation program, etc.
- Accumulate and share knowledge to drive best practices with internal and external teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in account management or seller incubation, experience of managing hundreds of sellers is required.
- 3+ years of experience managing business development, account management, seller, vendor management, or sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of the US ecommerce landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in a highly resultsoriented environment with external customer interaction are required.
- Good at crossteam collaboration and moving things forward, and able to drive successful projects with a wide range of people.
- Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply.
- Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis, and intelligence in defining opportunities.
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, and has the ability to cope well under pressure.
- Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce.
- 5+ years of experience managing business development, account management, seller, vendor management, or sales teams.
