The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

Global E-Commerce is content E-Commerce business with international short video product as the carrier. It is committed to becoming the first choice for users to discover and purchase good products with affordable prices.

Global e-commerce business team hopes to provide users with more tailored, active and efficient consumption experience, enabling merchants to receive stable and reliable platform services in different scenarios such as live e-commerce, short video content e-commerce, so as to make more affordable and high-quality products sell easily and a better life within reach.

We are actively looking for Tech Lead Managers to help grow our team and product.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for building up and managing the Global E-Commerce tech team in the US.
  • Responsible for designing the architecture of technical solutions and providing technical support for engineers in the team.
  • Align with product and org objectives, and coordinate with crossfunctional teams on delivering key results.
  • Define long term technical roadmap for the team.
  • Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.
Qualifications

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years managing or techleading a software engineering team.
  • 5+ years of large scale backend system development experience.
  • Strong experience with Data Structures and Algorithms.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of leading initiatives to automate tasks and improve efficiency and quality.
  • Demonstrable experience in cost management and optimization, supported by a record of datadriven decisionmaking and process improvement.
