Operative Nurse Manager
Welcome to our team We are a well-established outpatient surgery center located in the vibrant city of San Francisco. Our mission is to provide top-notch care for patients undergoing elective surgeries in a setting that is both professional and structured.
We are currently seeking a dedicated RN Manager with a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in the operating room. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is well-versed in current federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring the safety of our patients and maintaining the highest standards of care.
Duties:
- Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Assist in preparing surgeons and inventory for daily surgical cases
- Maintain log books and ensure adherence to accreditation guidelines
- Handle Pre-op and Circulating duties
- Display professionalism, integrity, and proactive behavior
- Ensure reliable attendance and organizational skills
Requirements:
- Active RN license in California
- Current BLS or ACLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of previous surgical experience
We offer both Part-Time and Full-Time positions to accommodate your schedule.
