Assembler - 2nd shiftHours: 2:30 pm to 10:45 pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and interpret blueprints (technical drawings) and written work instructions. Perform complex parts assembly operations using various tooling, fixtures, and hand tools. Experience in mechanical assembly. Ensure parts conform to Drawing Specifications. Participate in 5S, LEAN Kaizen, and problem-solving team activities. Adhere to all company safety requirements. Work overtime as needed, including weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills:
Minimum 2 years of assembly experience in an aerospace or equivalent manufacturing environment. Understand verbal and written instructions in English. Meet documented workmanship standards and pass company-sponsored training and certification programs. Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED/EquivalentYears of Experience: Minimum of 2 yearsOTHER PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES OR QUALIFICATIONS (not required): Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean experience is a plus

Schedule:
2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
