Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all GMP, PPE, Safety, SQF, HACCP, and sanitation protocols.
  • Ensure accurate product allocation to the appropriate Bistro line for traceability.
  • Utilize forklifts to handle corrugate weighing between 300 lbs and 1500 lbs; transport products from the clean kitchen to the production line.
  • Familiarize yourself with DSI Scanner Functions for inventory management across various production orders.
  • Understand and apply yield standards effectively.
  • Maintain a steady flow of components on the assembly line by transferring products from the kitchen to the bowl line.
  • Monitor inventory levels on the assembly line and replenish as necessary.
  • Conduct visual inspections for defects, size, color, and quality.
  • Perform repetitive tasks including bending and lifting.
  • Comply with SQF Regulatory Programs (USDA).
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Flexibility to work in a cold, wet, and fast-paced production environment.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English; basic math skills required.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to be cross-trained and handle multiple roles.
  • GED or High School Diploma preferred.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Work Environment:

This role involves using ladders and catwalks to access production equipment, working near moving mechanical parts, and exposure to extreme cold for extended periods. The position may also require working in high, precarious locations and occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and electrical hazards. The noise level in the workplace is typically loud.
