Our workforce of nearly 3,000 associates is dedicated to producing fresh vegetable products, prepared salads, and innovative meal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to all GMP, PPE, Safety, SQF, HACCP, and sanitation protocols.
  • Verify that incoming products are directed to the appropriate production line, ensuring accuracy for traceability.
  • Operate forklifts to manage heavy corrugate materials, ranging from 300 lbs to 1500 lbs.
  • Utilize DSI Scanner Functions to allocate inventory to various production work orders.
  • Monitor yield standards and maintain components on the assembly line.
  • Restock inventory on the assembly line as needed.
  • Conduct visual inspections for defects, size, color, and quality.
  • Perform repetitive tasks, including bending and lifting.
  • Comply with SQF Regulatory Programs (USDA).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, cold, and wet plant environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; basic math skills are required.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to be cross-trained and multitask across various roles.
  • GED or High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Work Environment:
This position involves using ladders and catwalks to access production equipment, working near moving mechanical parts, and being exposed to extreme cold for extended periods. Associates may frequently work in high or precarious locations and may encounter wet or humid conditions, fumes, airborne particles, and other potential hazards. The noise level in the work environment is typically loud.
