As the Information Security Operations Manager, you will work remote or onsite in North Andover, MA. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Information Security, you will lead a team focused on vulnerability management, monitoring and responding to alerts, evaluating potential malicious activity, and responding to incidents across the Watts global enterprise. You Will:
  • Monitors security alerts and leads the team in identifying and responding to security threats.
  • Ensure monitoring, alerting, and tuning are in place to detect indicators of compromise.
  • Stay current on the threat intelligence landscape.
  • Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, provides prioritization, and guide remediation efforts.
  • Evaluate potential business impacts from security breaches and provide strategic and tactical guidance to business decision-makers.
  • Support us in identifying risks and potential controls for mitigating those risks.
You Have:
  • At least seven (7) years of experience in systems, network, or security
  • Knowledge of Information Security Concepts within the area of security threats, analyzing security logs, and driving Incident response.
  • Three (3) or more years experience in a people management role.
  • Understanding of security technologies and concepts, including SIEM, MDR/XDR, EDR, and vulnerability management.
