ABOUT OUR TEAM:

In a store as large as ours, we need everyone on deck to ensure smooth operations. As a PetSmart associate, you may receive training in various areas:

  • Customer Engagement: You are the welcoming face that greets pets and creates the first impression in our Pets Hotels. You'll guide pet owners on our range of services to tailor an experience for their pet.
  • Pet Care
  • Night Care: Compassion for our pets extends beyond business hours. During the night shift, you'll ensure our furry friends are well cared for, providing food, medication, and even a bedtime story.
ABOUT YOUR CAREER:

With PetSmart, you'll have opportunities to:

  • Acquire experience in different business units, from the Pets Hotel to the store to the salon
  • Enhance your leadership skills as a Pets Hotel Assistant Manager or Retail Store Department Manager
