Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Act as a primary contact point throughout the client audit process.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the Audit Manager by managing logistics for onsite and remote audits, as well as other administrative tasks.
  • Support the manager's workflow by handling routine tasks.
  • Acquire knowledge of client and firm policies to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
  • Prepare internal and external audit reports and deliverables.
  • Keep accurate records related to audit processes.
  • Collaborate with different departments to meet audit requirements.
  • Work with the Audit Manager on internal audit activities to enhance client standards continuously.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Basic process and data analysis abilities.

Requirements:
  • Prior work experience necessary.
  • Office/Administrative experience is a bonus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally supporting significant projects, is desirable.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Willingness to adapt and undertake various roles as required.
  • Team player with a commitment to personal excellence.

Miscellaneous Information:


Although an Assistant Manager level team member is preferred, we will also consider individuals at the Supervisor level.
Stillman Law Office provides full-time employees, after the probation period, with benefits including health, vision, dental, life, short-term disability, and PTO.
