Primary Objective:
Assist the Value Chain Integration team in COMPLIANCE AUDITS and project execution for the North American Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a schedule for layered process audits [LPA].
- Contribute to the development and ongoing support of training materials for layered process audits [LPA].
- Possess knowledge of ISO, IATF, and other relevant industry compliance standards.
- Ensure the content is consistent, accurate, and of high quality.
- Organize, file, and manage documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with technical and manufacturing professionals to understand products, ensuring comprehensive and precise documentation.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, balancing expectations and understanding within the diverse culture of Sumitomo.
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience, specifically in AUDITING.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong communication ability.
- Preferred background in manufacturing or engineering.
