Primary Objective:

Assist the Value Chain Integration team in COMPLIANCE AUDITS and project execution for the North American Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain a schedule for layered process audits [LPA].
  2. Contribute to the development and ongoing support of training materials for layered process audits [LPA].
  3. Possess knowledge of ISO, IATF, and other relevant industry compliance standards.
  4. Ensure the content is consistent, accurate, and of high quality.
  5. Organize, file, and manage documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Engage with technical and manufacturing professionals to understand products, ensuring comprehensive and precise documentation.
  7. Exhibit strong communication skills, balancing expectations and understanding within the diverse culture of Sumitomo.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience, specifically in AUDITING.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong communication ability.
  • Preferred background in manufacturing or engineering.
