OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF JOB:
_
To greet and assist visitors to the Municipal Center in-person or on the telephone.

To perform varied office work to contribute to the smooth operation of Administration and serve the residents to visit the Municipal Center to conduct business.

To provide assistance to the department of Community Development by entering and maintaining data in Municity, a cloud-based municipal software program, selling and tracking building, sewer, and other permits,

scheduling building and structure inspections.

To sell and accept payments for building, compost facility, and other permits as well as sewer and stormwater fee payments; to maintain a cash drawer for accepting these payments.

To provide assistance to Parks and Recreation Department related to resident inquiries regarding pavilion rentals, sports leagues, day camp, etc., directing the caller to the appropriate individual.
