Role Overview:
Analyze and organize reference materials needed to verify a musician's covered earnings and contributions, addressing data inconsistencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce statements of wages and ad-hoc reports for precise pension calculations
  • Develop proficiency in internal database functions, proprietary programs, and specialized equipment to retrieve accurate earnings and contributions
  • Support various research projects
  • Identify and rectify data discrepancies
  • Handle participant benefit inquiries via phone and liaise with the Canadian office for records
  • Perform other assigned duties
Required Qualifications/Skills:
  • High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of experience supporting an executive or departmental leader
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional customer service aptitude
  • Analytical skills for data evaluation and problem-solving
  • Capability to manage confidential information
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Adobe, and Video Conferencing applications
  • Sound judgment in decision-making aligned with job requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
$40,000 USD annually (Fund Office)
