Responsibilities:

  • Case file organization and management
  • Document management in the Case Management System
  • Supervising client visitations
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks
  • Entering case notes into the system
  • Transporting children to appointments
  • Supporting clients with application processes
  • Attending meetings and hearings as required

Flexibility in work hours is essential, including potential overtime, weekends, and holidays.



Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Arizona driver's license
  • Level One Fingerprint Clearance card

Selected candidates will undergo background checks and registry screenings.

  • College experience in related fields
  • Previous experience in child welfare or child-related roles
