Tasks

  • Complete quotations per customer requests.
  • Advise client regarding the function and use of Spare and Wear parts.
  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather relevant information from the customer to enable you to identify and fulfil their need.
  • Identification of spare parts.
  • Create complete Client Quotations & Orders for Spare and Wear Parts (commercial / technical).
  • Processing of technical / commercial enquiries (feedback, pass on to 2nd level).
  • Work with BOMs (Bill of Material / Part List), customer project documents, technical drawings.
  • Co-operation with Second Level Support in the Quotation Process.
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within Customer Service, Manufacturing, Installation or Service, Sales.
  • Sound PC and software knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office).
  • SAP experience is preferred (SD Module, Stock, Purchasing).
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional time-management / organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Reliable.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Communicative.
  • Can speak and write in English.
  • Ability to speak German is a plus.
